An Open Letter To President Obama

Jon Voight, the Oscar winning actor & father of the stunning actress & goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie writes a short, succinct but powerful open letter that expresses his deep concern about the way we are seemingly turning our backs on our long-time ally in Israel, and our fellow Americans in Arizona.

President Obama:

You will be the first American president that lied to the Jewish people, and the American people as well, when you said that you would defend Israel, the only Democratic state in the Middle East, against all their enemies. You have done just the opposite. You have propagandized Israel, until they look like they are everyone’s enemy — and it has resonated throughout the world. You are putting Israel in harm’s way, and you have promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.

You have brought this to a people who have given the world the Ten Commandments and most laws we live by today. The Jewish people have given the world our greatest scientists and philosophers, and the cures for many diseases, and now you play a very dangerous game so you can look like a true martyr to what you see and say are the underdogs. But the underdogs you defend are murderers and criminals who want Israel eradicated.

You have brought to Arizona a civil war, once again defending the criminals and illegals, creating a meltdown for good, loyal, law-abiding citizens. Your destruction of this country may never be remedied, and we may never recover. I pray to God you stop, and I hope the people in this great country realize your agenda is not for the betterment of mankind, but for the betterment of your politics.

With heartfelt and deep concern for America and Israel,

Jon Voight

WAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! WAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Despite what the washed up actor says, I hope our President stays firm in not bending over and bowing to every desire of that Middle Eastern settlement.

You have propagandized Israel, until they look like they are everyone’s enemy

Nope. They did that themselves. Little things like attacking that ship, funny how that gives people the idea a nation is hostile and an enemy.

you have promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.

Bullshit. Disagreeing with Israel’s acts of terrorism make one as much of an anti-semite as disagreeing with US terrorism(torture) makes one anti-american.

I remember a time when certain conservatives BASHED Hollywood stars for having an opinion on politics. Apparantly it’s okay if you’re a conservative, but not if the star is a liberal. Go figure.

I also love how all the Liberals in Hollywood are some of the biggest name celebrities out there, while the conservatives are so obscure and unknown. It’s the same way in the music world, musicians with left wing ideologies like Cheryl Crow, Rise Against, Bono are well known and loved. Well, maybe that’s just becasue the right wing is full of assholes like Ted Nugent!!! LMMFAO!!

Hey and Obama is trying to give us Marx, again.

  5. therealgirlscout says:

My goodness, hybrid. It’s really time to get over your obsession of Obama being a Marxist. Please don’t lose any sleep over it. Trust me, not gonna happen.

  6. Hacksaw says:

President Obama is a Marxist, as is Hillary Clinton and the majority of the leading liberal politicians in power today. Obama & Hillary are carbon copies of each other in domestic policy, the only thing that separated them in the highly contested nomination for the 2008 Democratic Presidential nomination was the fact that as a U.S. Senator, Hillary voted to authorize President Bush to go to war with Iraq in 2003, while Barack Obama was comfortably located in the Illinois State Senate, did not have to take a consequential position or more importantly, cast an “on the record” vote on the issue. He was able to verbally oppose the war, without fear of being characterized as weak on foreign policy because he was a state legislator & not a federal one. He was also not planning to run for President anytime soon, but other Democrats in the U.S. Congress were and therefore were positioning themselves, and carefully voting with future political considerations in mind.

This is why I can easily pull up numerous anti-Saddam & pro war direct quotes, along with votes to authorize President Bush to invade Iraq from almost any Democrat who had been in the U.S. House or Senate at that time. Because of this and many Obama attacks of Hillary’s affirmative vote, the far left rallied around him and put him over the top against her. The funniest part of all that is that Moveon.org, an organization that was formed specifically to defend then President Bill Clinton in the whole “Monica Lewinsky” situation that led to his eventual impeachment, deserted his wife Hillary and instead backed then Senator Obama with money & anti-Clinton advertising.

It’s hard to pity Hillary for anything, and I do not for this but she was kinda screwed by the timing of it all. While preparing to leave the white House, if she is elected to the U.S. Senate from her home State of Illinois, then Barack Obama is currently still in the Illinois State Senate, or in the U.S. House of Representatives but he is definitely not the President today and she probably is. (I think she beats McCain, especially after the financial crisis) Unfortunately for her, in 1999 while she was seeking a Senate seat, there was not one available from Illinois at that time. Senior Senator Dick Durbin had been re-elected in 1996, and was not up to run again until 2002. The junior Senator was Republican Peter Fitzgerald, who was just elected to the Senate the prior year and did not run for re-election, and it was his seat that Obama eventually claimed after forcing both his Democrat & Republican opponents for the seat to withdraw, mainly by getting their sealed divorce records “unsealed” and making hay with the ugly allegations that were enclosed in both files.
