Can We Survive This Multitude of Fools? (via ConservativePunks)

Special thanks to “The Battle Bitch” for posting this one! Suzi, you rock girl!

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.  It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president." It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president. The problem is much deeper an … Read More

Ahhh yes, perfect description of the Bush years indeed.

  2. Hacksaw says:

George W. Bush was an expert at breaking things down into the simplest terms that anyone could comprehend, and he did so in 2004 when he stated that “Elections have consequences!”

We are witnessing the many “consequences” of electing a radical, America-hating empty suit with no prior leadership, governing or corporate experience at all, and putting him in charge of all our Nation’s affairs. Conservatives like myself accurately predicted much of what we are currently seeing back during the 2008 Presidential campaign, but we were ignored, shouted down and accused of opposing the man simply because of what he looked like, and his Arabic sounding name but now this country is getting exactly what it asked for, in picking this guy to lead us: numerous unelected czars who are not confirmed by or even have to answer to Congress, subservience shown to foreign leaders & numerous apologies made for America, incompetent radicals placed in positions of power & authority, a massive & still rising national debt, the betrayal of our allies and the appeasement of belligerent enemies around the globe, and recess appointments of like minded ideologues, designed solely to avoid the public scrutiny of Senate confirmation hearings. President Bush used recess appointments when a Democrat controlled Congress refused to even vote yes or no on his nominees, but that is not the case today. President Obama’s party currently controls both Houses of Congress (they won’t after January, when the new people elected in November are sworn in) and he could get affirmative votes on his nominees and have them confirmed, but he seeks to avoid the public discussion of their radical views prior to their assuming their appointed offices, so he chooses to install them in this deceitful manner.

This country survived the disastrous term of Jimmy Carter, and we’ll survive this clown as well, but will we still be a free & prosperous America? That remains to be seen but the lasting effects of the damage he can do in only 1 ill-advised term in office will be felt for decades to come in the form of the costly social entitlement programs implemented, and the many ideological judges that he is able to appoint to lifetime terms, both at the federal appeals & Supreme Court levels of “justice”.
