The family attended a Graduation Party for one of the young folk graduating High School over the weekend. The party was in a park near Bedford, and we shared a Pavilion with a black family who was also having a big party in the park.
Both families had about forty guests and everyone got along well. One of my family members who was ticked at the NAA(L)CP (National Association for the Advancement of Liberal Colored People) for their attack against the Tea Party the week before made an observation about the two parties as we prepared to depart. “That family is all black, but our family has white family members, two Asian and five black members. I think that makes us more diversified and the other family a bunch of racists.”
Naturally he was saying this in jest, poking fun at the idiots at the NAALCP for their attacks on the Tea Party, a party that like our graduation party was much more diverse than the NAALCP.
Note that the black family members at our pavilion party all support the Tea Party. You do the math.
