Sex-select or gender-based abortion is a form of gendercide because the victims are female unborn.

An admitted practice by Planned Parenthood in the United States, sex-select abortion is epidemic in China and India. The state of Maharashtra has the worst sex imbalance in all of India, of 801 girls born for every 1,000 boys. The low percentage of females is attributed to rampant female infanticide in the area. The natural global gender birth ratio is 100 girls for every 105 boys.

As if sex-select abortion isn’t bad enough, now comes news that aborted female fetuses are fed to dogs.

Krishna Kumar reports for India Today, May 23, 2012, that doctors in Beed, Maharashtra, are disposing of female foetuses by feeding them to dogs in order to destroy evidence of female foeticide.
